There is no elevator in this hotel. I use this as the first sentence because as a solo traveler on a 12-day, 3,771-mile road trip, there are some things I do not like to leave overnight in my vehicle, such as my travel laptop, suitcase, and camera equipment. So, I had to lug all that up to my 2nd-floor room over several up-and-down trips. The front desk person was nice, although I don't think he needed to tell everybody about the fire that had occurred in the bushes just outside the hotel - at least, not unless somebody asked about the smoky smell in the area. At least his manager had the wherewithal to go out, turn on the water to the hose, and put the fire out. Everything looked clean, and I'm glad I had control of the AC since I was hot and sweaty not only from the weather (it's hot and dry during that time of the year in Springville, which is near Salt Lake City, UT), but from moving my luggage up the stairs. The room is standard, everything worked, the shower was nice and large. The television did not work (something about not being able to access internet), and the walls were thin enough for me to hear some noisy kids playing a game up and down the hall late that night. I was tired enough, though, that I didn't let that bug me for long. Despite my complaints, I got the room at a great price thanks to my reward points with Best Western. Otherwise, I think it would have not been worth the original price charged just for the fact that there was no elevator.

Solid-things worked, clean, nice staff, easy on/off from I 15. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and we would stay here again.

We were quoted a much lower price than we were charged. We decided to pay despite the unfairness, hoping the breakfast would make up for it. At breakfast we were told there were no eggs because they, the eggs, were too expensive. What?? Do better.

Very noisy next to Interstate exit. Might have just been the night I stayed, but people were in and out all night, slamming doors and loud footsteps. Would not stay there again.
